[Resolved] Jabong.com — Order not delivered after billing | |||
I odered a pair of shoes which amounted Rs.2999 and they made a bill for that pair onlie itself out of which an amount of Rs. 2556 was made on the spot from the jabong credits itself and rest Rs.482 (Rs. 39 for COD) were to be collected by them at the time of delivery. But after 2 days, I received a message in which it was written that, jabong tried to contact me as I dint attend the call due to my working hours in my office and the order would not be delivered as the pair of shoe I ordered was the last pair and it was having a quality issue, so they dont want to compromise with customers satisfaction. I would like to pin-point that first of all, there was no alert of last pair of shoe when I was ordering that pair. Then, the colour options in that shoe that are shown while seeing that pair, dint match the article itself, and later on, I was told by jabong team itself that I ll receive a call within 48 hours but I received the call from jabong after 72 hours, and after that too they contradicted. On one part, they said they had the last pair and on ther part they said the pair of shoe I ordered was displayed due to a technical fault. I want to be compensated. I want that pair of shoe anyhow even if it is costs more to jabong. A same pair of shoe is available at the price of Rs.5000 also. I want jabong to compensate me. I had patience till the time they asked me to, and even after that I wasn't assisted. Was this information helpful? | |||

If Jabong had a technical issue, then it means there service is too poor, and if that pair of shoe had quality issue, then it means they display the defected products as well which is absolutely a crap and the worst service ever as they said that it was the last pair available with them but there was no alert of last piece while checking out that pair of shoe.Moreover, the very next day also, that pair was available on their site with the dezired size. So, now jabong has to compensate me by delivering that pair of shoe to me and that too now free of cost because of their own contradicting issues and excuses. Be that pair available in higher range.
