[Resolved] Jabong.com — Return & delivery issues | |||
Is Jabong losing its charm? The last 3 orders I placed with Jabong are facing serious issues and their courier and customer care associates are behaving bad. First order, I placed an exchange almost 12 days back and their pick up guys are making me run around with the package without picking it up, transferring the pick up work between my work & home location pickup guys. Second one, the order was on hold for days finally to get an update that the product couldn't be procured. Third one - I placed an exchange, the exchange product was picked up 4 days back, but no sign of dispatching the new one and no update was given either. One of their return pick guys was so impatient to wait for 10 mins (I need to come out of office and walk 500mts), once am out, I called him to know that he left the premises without informing me and Jabong cancelled the return stating that I asked for it. Very funny! Is this a trick? Like you pretend to pickup and then cancel it like customer asked for it so you can dump the unwanted item on the customer? Another pickup guy without calling or showing up, made an entry that customer was unavailable. One more guy, just showed up at my house while I was away and When I requested him to come after 2hrs, he denied, I asked next day delivery, again denied, I asked him to give a heads up before coming, so I can be at home, he denied, frustrated I asked him to return the product back to Jabong, I will deal with customer care, again denied. Now, I am in a soup. Heights of all, when I escalated(or I thought so) to customer care and the customer care representative told "We send you a message which says that We don't promise you that we will call you, we will call only if we don't find your location, if you are not at your location, it's not our fault". I see, then how Jabong is planning to run their business? I don't think so, whoever place order, is going to lock themselves for the next 3 days to 15 days whenever their order arrives, so as Jabong says "we won't call you but come & stand at your house and walk away if you aren't there". Jabong can be serious about their messages but I am doubtful they are serious about doing business with that kind of attitude, and the behavior their courier and customer care representatives are showing. Now, am going to think thrice before placing an order with Jabong. Was this information helpful? | |||
