Jabong.com — Unable to get refund after several follow up

Hi,
I have returned my shipment no. [protected] and received refund statement on 16th of Oct'15 however after several followup even the amount not credited in my bank account. this is against return policy which is forcing me to avoid this online site.
pls help to get my refund asap.
