Jack Of All Threads [JOAT] — Neither delivered the product nor refunded - cheaters

I have a very bad exp with Jack of all threads .JOTORD 219025 I have placed order for 3 polo T shirts against the mentioned Order no. But I didnt get any call, no one delivered the product to me .

When I contacted the customer care I got a reply saying that product has been returned back to them and it would take some time to resend it . I was ok with the proposal and asked them either resend or refund .

Prem I got reply from this mail id, but after that there is not update. Im still waiting for the refund.
( He never bothered to reply back my other mails )

I dont trust these guys !!
