I have bought a Hoodie Jacket from Jack of All thread Via Order no JOATORD 153249 On 20 Oct 2015 and made online payment of amount 849 RS. On 30th Oct 2015 they confirmed that the product will be delivered by Nov. 09 2015. However Jack of all threads failed to deliver my order. I approach them to refund my money. They denied my emails and stopped responding via emails. I felt cheated and frustrated customer. They even not shared the escalation contact details and owner's information.Requesting you to Please help me to get my money back from Jack of all threads.
