Hi team,

I had ordered "special edition:kalinga institute of industrial technology graduate hoody" on 31st january 2015 and as per your commitment it should be delivered by 8th feb 2015 for which i had already paid rs 999 but till now i have not received my product at my given address. I have tried numerous time to the given contact number but you people are continuously ignoring calls. Only once you received my call and the representative had assured me to provide me product id through mail but till now i have not received any id regarding my product till now.

I am telling you fir the very last time please look into the above issue at priority basis and do the needful asap, else i will be bound to take legal action against you people.
