Jack Of All Threads [JOAT] — Product not delivered and money not refunded

I ordered 2 t-shirts on 13th April 2016 with the order number JOTORD236091 and paid for them online. Apparently the campaign did not end successfully and I have neither received the apparel nor have I received a refund. I'm unable to contact anyone at the company and an email to them only got me template response more than 2 months ago. I'd like my money returned immediately.
