I have bought a 3 Hoods from Jack of All thread Via Order no JOTORD1778955 On 23rd November 2015 and made only payment of amount Rs. 2616/- On 7th December 2015 and they delivered the product, however, when I saw the product it was defective. Immediately I have informed the company and submitted refund request. Since then I am following up with the company for the refund but the company is not answering my email nor sharing the status about the refund. I have read the policy of the company which clearly states that in case of defecfive product company will refund the amount.
