I have bought a T-Shirt from Jack of All thread Via Order no JOTORD140185 On 25th Sept 2015 and made only payment of amount 899 RS. On 9th Oct 2015 they delivered the product however when I saw the product it was defective. Immediately I have informed the company and submitted refund request. Since than I am following up with the company for the refund but the company is not answering my email nor sharing the status about the refund. I have read the policy of the company which clearly states that in case of defecfive product company will refund the amount however it's been more 2 weeks I am struggling to get my refund Appreciate if sombody can help me in retrieving my refund Regards, Sandeep

Hi Team

It's been approx a month since i am following with the company however no one is responding to my emails and not sharing the expected time line abut the refund

I have been cheated by the company as received defective product and not getting the refund

Please provide me assistance here or provide me any contact no of the company senior member who can help me in this regards,
