Their is no reply from your side that clearly describes your unethical behaviour

Hi,

i placed an order at JOAT on 29th March for a t-shirt which has not been received by me as yet. there was a payment issue which was resolved by PayUMoney team.

I have written about the same 4-5 times but no response has been recived from the JOAT team. Also there is no contact number where we can reach out to them.
