Jackofallthreads. Co And Payu.in — Online order got failed but amount got debited.

I was purchasing a t-shirt worth Rs 399/- from jack of all threads but my order got failed and amount from my account got debited. The payment collector (payu) is not responding properly. they answer me with fix language. I want my money back and now with interest. Payu told me every time that they do not get my money but my money got debited.
