Jackofallthreads.com — Non delivery of ordered item.

I have purchased an order on jackofallthethreads.com on 23rd April 2015, I paid the price of Rs.499 through credit card. According to the claim by the site I will be receiving the product by 6th May 2015. When I didn’t receive the product by 11th May 2015 I started to call them repeatedly but nobody picked my call, as if the numbers does not exist at all. I mailed to them two times through their website contact us page, till date no reply. I have attached the proof of the mail herewith. Till today there is no information from them why the product is not delivered to my address, if they are unable to deliver they should refund the amount. However as I feel there is no hope from jackofallthethreads.com Helplessly I came to you if I get any help.
