I have purchased my Maruti Swift in December 2014. From day one the switch of side mirror operation was not working. My dealer (M/s Katariya, Salatwada, Baroda) told me that they will replace it at the time of my first free service. Thereafter my vehicle under went for three free services but the dealer has not replaced the switch with silly reasons like not in stock, already raised indent, etc.
My vehicle registration no. is GJ 06 HS 9889.
This is very much humiliating and the trust, we have on Maruti, is now shaking.
