I purchased two refurbished Nokia phones (Nokia C5-00 & Nokia E5 ) of the value of Rs 4198 /- (paid Rs 3778.20 using a credit card after a discount offer)on 5 March 2024.
On 10 March I received the parcel, but the product I ordered was not there in the parcel but totally wrong products (Nokia 1200 & Nokia 105).
I contacted the seller right away to their email and Whatsapp number they replied very late and said that the products I ordered were not in stock so they sent the wrong products.
I asked for a refund or replacement. they agreed but did not act. after contacting them multiple times they took back the old products very late.
After taking the return of the wrong products they were not sending the replacements nor refunds. again I had to contact them multiple times, when I told them that I'm filing a complaint against them in the consumer forum they sent a replacement of one product which was about the half value of the money they took.
They are still holding my half money and neither providing refunds nor sending any replacement.
I contacted them many times via email and WhatsApp but they didn't reply.
The mobile number they put on the website is also invalid and not available for calls(this is also a type of scam), only WhatsApp chat available.
Today is 10 April it's more than 40 days they took my money but not providing the product I paid for.
I want my money with all the compensation.
