Jai Hind college — Cheating by Colleges and principles

Respected Sir,
I had filled the Mumbai University Form no - 45001 for admission in FYBSCIT but in all the three merit list my name was not selected for admission I had filled the respective form of couple of colleges for which I was sure of getting admission in minority category but to my dissapointment on viewing all the three merit list only 3 minority students were selected in the first merit list with maths marks of 43, 48 and 69, ( Sahil, Ranuk and Navika ) In jai hind College
my name was not included in the first merit list as I had filled the college form on 7/08/20 after the first merit list due to non possession of minority certificate for which it took me couple of days, as we were in lockdown, but in second and third merit my name should have been included, as I had 78.15 percentage and 65 marks in maths .

Similarly with kc college, I had filled the college form on 6/08/20 after the first merit list there too only couple of minority students were selected in the first merit list i-es (jigyasa)73.19% maths marks - 68, and (Gaurav) 71.69% maths marks- 60, here too my name should have been included in the second and third merit list, but to my disappointment which wasn't.

Further I had sent mails to the principal of both the colleges, but they didn't give any reply, I had paid 500 rs for the online form of jai hind, no colleges charges more than 100 - 120. to my dissapointment jai hind college didn't display the third merit list of FYBSCIT on the official website on contacting them they said we will update it shortly, they didn't update but said on official website that all the seats are full for FYBSCIT

Kindly making a humble request to yourself if a minority college which boosts of 50% admission to minority status can't give admission where will the student go ?
Where will be his future ?, What is his future.
