I saw the ad film on d2h tv and ordered sweat slim belt on phone which i received on 18/11/2016 through cash rs.1890/- of date. There is defective /mis matched in belt size. The size is too big to fit me.
On lodging complaint on customer care no.[protected], [protected]. I am told that my complaint will be attended in next 10 days but so far nobody has attended to it. After 10 days i again called them, but they didn't pick my call i tried so many times tu call them but call disconnected after three four seconds after that i called from another number then they pick my call and said that my issue will be resolved within 4 days after making 5, 6 attempts they picked my call.
They said that why are you calling again and again. They said they have already my complaint but when i ask for complaint no. Then they refused to give any complaint number and said they will call back but till date i didn't get any call from sweat slim belt.
I would also request tv channels please do not promote such kind of companies on tv. Was this information helpful? |
