We have purchase bags and perfume bottle from sanpdeal but due to defect
in quality we had returned on way back Nov, 2014. During returned
process sanpdeal customer care has confirmed us that please send all the
items separately but when we told to then on phone that it will cost
you a extra they confirmed us that please send the same through one
courier and we have done the same. But at the time of refund they only
pay the money for one item with courier cost because they considered
that whole courier as only single item packet. How it is possible that a
courier receipt which is showing 11.50 Kgs weight of returned items,
have only one item in it. My courier no. is[protected] through trackon courier. Snapdeal is not considering our request from
past 4 months as we are continuously trying to get in touch with them
but there customer care is only helping out in lodging a complaint in
place of solution.
How this company works has totally distract our mind and money. The last
resort left for us for getting our money back is consumer court.
We request you to all to stop purchase from snapdeal as it is cheating
the customer. The things happen to us will also happen to you too. Let`s
