actually complaint not resolved acceptance by me because REFUND Amt. Rs.13, 107/- not credited in my given bank a/c.till today.

my above jio refund not received complaint is not RESOLVED till today.
my above submitted complaint for JIO Mediclaim policy phase 1 REFUND IS CREDITED IN MY BANK A/C.recently today.now, it is finally RESOLVED.

I have requested for refund of mediclaim premium on 9th April 2017. After that I sent an email again reminding on 15th April, then again today on 23.06.17. My ticket number is JIOJACPS25302.
I also got an sms on 9th May saying " We have received your refund request. Your General Refund Reference number is GEN691REF[protected]
Please process the refund on priority, it is more than two and a half months!
