[Resolved] Jaipan — Faulty Product | |||
We had bought a mixer grinder 750 watt in January 2014 from a local shop located in Chembur. After 4-5 months we had visited the same shop for buying another product of Jaipan. At that time, one of the customers in their shop was planning to buy a Jaipan mixer grinder, but the shop owner said them, "don’t buy this product of Jaipan. It does not meet up the specification as described. In the sense, if the mixer is of 750 watt showing in bill or specification of the product, it will be only 550 watt, they are trying to fool the customers" he said. And now it’s six months the mixer grinder which we had bought from this shop has completely shut down (after 6 months) which is still under warranty. I had registered my complaint with a complaint no 2609, they were supposed to visit my house to check the appliance, but still there is no response from their side. The question that arises that “Are they really trying to fool their customers by giving false details about the product? “ I will personally check the watt of motor from a mechanic. If it’s less than 750 watt, will I get my product replaced with 750 watt mixer ??? i will wait for 4-5 days in the hope that jaipan will response to my complaint. Waiting for a positive response.
