Breakage of Wall

As i mentioned in the subject regarding my complaint..actually what really happens is our road construction was on the process n some JCB machines are working on it ..At a time one of the JCB machine got struck wid our wall n our our totally get damaged n damaging cost is about of 15000 Rs.. After a discussion with Contractor , he agress to rebulit our wall in 2 days but its about a 20 days .he has not repaired...

HELLO.
