Respected Sir,
I am a resident of the ward 63 ; people are facing the problem of orphan dogs and their stray on the main road. They are in numbers. Their groups are dangerous as they have started attacking the people. They run towards motorbike which leads to many panic situations. People lost their sleep as dogs bark whole night. This problem is a headache as a person who would come late night from office, it has become a problem to cross the area alone. Some recent incendents of dog bites have also started coming in the area. Just yesterday only, a dog has bited my neighbourer who is 60 years of age and was going for a morning walk. Childern are not coming out for playing because of dog fear.
I am requesting you to look at that matter as soon as possible. The cases are increasing rapidly. I hope you will take absolute measures to handle the issue.
