Jaipur Golden Hospital — Harassment for paying regular bills

I am raising this concern regarding harassment i am facing since my Naani is admitted to this hospital. Want to highlight some of the major issues against this hospital:
1. Tuesday early morning i.e on May 24, 2022 when we went to the hospital, instead of admission they asked us to show the discharge summary which we provided post which these guys showed us the price list to choose the room if we can afford or not.
2. After getting out from such mess of the first day, we have been getting calls from second day to clear the dues on daily basis as they told us that this is as per policy and if we wont pay it they will stop the medications. And if i asked about the policy, they refused that they can’t show. I have been getting calls from Ms. Sapna (MS) and Mr. Saurabh(supervisor at night duty). Want to say these guys are very rude and disrespectful.
Its a humble request as I want this concern should be taken very seriously as such a well named hospital instead of focusing on life saving of humans is just focusing on how to make money without caring of the lives of their patients.
Await for justice. As only forwarding the email to concerned department doesn’t solves the purpose of raising the concern at consumer forums.
