Jaipur National University — exam not taken since 1 year and refund also not received

I have paid full fees for distance mca in 2016 but till today i have not receice any exam details and also
Contact their support executive since last one week and no response from them.
Also i have sent email to all email which they published on their site but no luck so far.
Looks like they closed their operation and ran away with all our money.
Definitely need to teach them a good lesson and get our money back by any means.

Jaipur National University customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by jikishshah I have contacted on the customer care number but no one is picking the phone. I have called Mr. Pavan now his phone is switch off . Please help me get back refund my money. Their website is also not working everything is shut down,

I lodge a complaint in jaipur consumer court and asked to refund my fee with interest and rs. 10 lac as compensation money as I lost my job due to delay in exams, Till date university is not responding about the refund. Friends all are requested put the whole matter in consumer court, there is no another way to get back your hard earned money.

Please also share your contact number in this forum.
