My name is rajesh m nair and my student id with jnu is [protected] and my enrollment date was 30-jun-2013 i have completed my course pgd + mba in it management (Mitsde + jnu) on aug 2015 and i still didn't get the certificates. I received mark list for my second semester which i completed on june 2014 on 25 th october which is after 1 year and 5 months andi created end number of support tickets and there is no response so i am very much concern about my mark list, provisional certificates and my degree certificates and hence please have the issue resolved...

Created end number of support tickets and there is no response so i am very much concern about my mark list, provisional certificates and my degree certificates and hence please have the issue resolved. They customer support staff just buying the time .
