Jakhauli Toll Plaza — Wrongful deduction of toll tax Rs.265 on 28th May 2022 for car DL3CCE6665

I had travelled through the toll plaza on 28th May 2022 and all tolls were deducted properly except this one. I have Paytm Fastag.

Car: DL3CCE6665

2 days later on 30th May 2022 I received the text message that Rs.265 were deducted for toll on Main Plaza Village, Jakhauli which is so wrong and thief work. It shouldn't have been this much. There are so many complaints on this platform saying the same thing.

Please fix it and refund my amount as soon as possible and impose proper penalty on this toll plaza as they are charging wrong to each car passing through.
