[Resolved]  Jamboree — Delivery of book for the IELTS General Course

I have recently joined this course for my IELTS preparation with Jamboreeindia https://www.jamboreeindia.com/. Before Joining and making any payments I clearly mentioned this to the sales representative that I require the books for the course before I begin with the classes (which were included in my course cost only) and only after her Agreement and commitment i made all the payment and joined the course.

But just After I made the payment the sales representative changed her words and started asking me to make additional payments for delivering the books. which was earlier to be delivered by the companies side.

Somehow after too much discussion and headache, I somehow got my book delivered, but unfortunately it was the wrong book. When I complained about the same so again it was committed that I would be receiving the book till Wednesday which was not at all feasible to me but I had to agree as I was left with no other option.

Even on Wednesday, I am not getting my book and some for reason and now again I am being asked to pay for the courier or delivery charges.

This service, as well as coordination is not at all feasible and acceptable for me as a customer as its too much unprofessional commitments and this unprofessional behaviors of a brand is not acceptable.

Seems that just after the payment the company is not at all interested in addressing and solving any customer problems and no accurate steps are being taken in customers convenience.

Making wrong and misleading commitment is not only wrong and causes inconvenience but also makes me lack trust on the brand.

It was not about making an extra payment of 100 -200 rs but yes the unprofessional behavior and misleading commitments which are leading to inconvenience to me.

In the first place it was the companies responsibility to send the books on the given address without any inconvenience and involving a huge discussion for the same just as committed.

Secondly if the books are being delivered after creating such mess then at-least the books should be the right ones.

And at last even if its wrong book being delivered then at least the company should have such courtesy to replace them as soon as possible without creating a mess and inconvenience again.

Why are they expecting the customer to handle such coordination and mess again and again. Isn't it the companies responsibility to handle all this.

The classes are good and the teacher is supportive but the sales and customer representatives are really unprofessional and irresponsible.
