Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — jk bank atm fault

I used a canara bank atm near bilalia masjid lalbazar, srinagar, jammu and kashmir on 16th of september, 2018. I had entered an amount of 2000 rupees each (02 transaction) to be withdrawn. The atm didn’t give out any money but an amount of rs 4000 total (02 transaction) was deducted from my account. Kindly deposit the money back into my account as soon as possible.

Your A/C XX12164 is Debited by INR 118 at 19:37 on account of ATM_FIRST_INSTA. A/C Bal is INR 407 Cr, Available Bal is INR 407 Crt XX12164
Please tell me why debited 118 inr
And my atm card is expired 05/2018
