Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — Jk Bank has cut an amount of Rs 246 from my account

The jkbank branch unit bemina sgr has cut an amount of rs 246 from my account .The officials has told me that maintain balance of rs 5000 for ur accont .i have maintained the same but they cut an amount of rs 246 .i am helpless from bank officials and the branch unit head .please look in this matter as soon as possible .
