Dear Team,
I want to mention that being the customer of your bank for more than ten years but I am not able to get the promised services by your bank. I am not able to use any mobile banking service after applying multiple time for mobile number registration. Also, I approached branch multiple times for the same but the issue is standstill. I am not able to register the mpay and other services as not able to get OTP.
Please go through the concern and resolve the same at the earliest.
