Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — my card is not working and i'm outside the state

My atm card is not working and I m outside the country pls required help urgently and I want to update the mobile no so I can use mobile banking. I mobile no. To be update as soon as possible because I really need money for transaction.kindly help on urgent basis and please give me a suggestion that how I can update my mobile no so I can use my card. Please i request you to the needful and help me to update my mobile number
