I would like to draw your kind attention to wards the transaction of my atm card i have withdrawn an amount of rs 3000/ on 23th of march 2018 due to some error the cash was not despensed and the balance has been detected in my account so immediately i have called to the atm help desk and concerned branch but atm help desk replied to me that the said amount has been refunded within 24hrs till date the said amount has been not refund after somedays i have again called them they replied it will be refunded to with in seven working days but till date the amount has not refund as such your good self kind investigation into the matter as early as possible my contact number is. Sir/Ma'am, My atm card is blocked when i entered wrong OTP no. during adding money to PAYTM. I had this problem for last 1 week and I complaint 4 times online and also visit main branch, but still issue not resolved. Replace all
