Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — refund is not received in my account | |||||
I did online shopping on amazon and was not satisfied with the product so i return it and asked them to refund the amount so the refund was initiated on 22 of august 2018 which they told me that the bank will credit the amount in ur account in 3 to 5 working days but it has been more than 5 days still i didn't receive any amount in my account so i called them agin they orovided me this transaction no. 189121 then i called the online bank services but they are unable to check through this transaction id. Sir, I am jk banks Customer my account no.[protected].my question is why not ebanking is going activate on my above account no.please inform me .I have completed all formalties of my ebanking but when I open my login system it shows your account is not activated.

i m jkbank customer .i done shopping from flipkart by online money payment . but due to some reason i req them for refund and the seller in flipkart done the refund . i don't understand why the refund or any credit amount is not added to my account . plz intiate my amount to my account as soon as possible
