Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — Refund of money deducted through failed IMPS transaction

Sir on 19th June 2022I did an transaction through mPay IMPS but the account holder did not receive money while checking the transaction history it shows transaction failed the transaction ID is[protected] and my account no is [protected] plz refund my money into the above said account no I have submitted a written application to bank on 24 th june 2022 but unfortunately still my money is not credited hope you will give me justice RegardsVickey
