Jammu & Kashmir Bank / J&k Bank — Unable to use my mpay after updating new phone number in the concerned branch.

I have linked my new number with my account. After that i am unable to use mpay as it displays a message id already exist. So i contact the concerned branch and they said they will look into it n said the issue will be resolved. After they resolved iam not able to open my mpay as it always displays time out technical problem.
