Respected sir / madam, Today, (07/12/18) i've had a worse customer service from one of your medical store situated at Kattanam, Pallickal (Po), Moonamkutti junction (K. P. Road). Email:[protected]@gmail.com At 12:10 pm The two women workers there actually, insulted us in front of other people (There weren't any other customers but some autorickshaw drivers). What really happened was that... I've bought medicines for rs 1569 (Bill. No: 4449), but because of money shortage (About 125), i kindly asked them to remove one medicine and give the others. But because of their bad attitude they got angry at me, blaming me that they are burdened of printing another bill because of me. One thing i actually noticed was that they were busy on their mobile phones. Because of the above reason ☝, They said really bad things about me and insulted me. In the end others meddled and the bill was printed for rs 1444..., So to avoid such bad experiences for general people like me, please take necessary actions.
