Victim bala devi who has been living in village raee tahsil muzaffarnagar, block sadar, went nearby jan seva kendra owned by umag verma few month ago to get registration for widow pension scheme. He said 1000 rs would be charged for this registration. Bala devi paid him 1000 rs for registration.15 days after registration umag verma said bala devi that your application for this pension has been cancelled due to invalid reason like she applied earlier for this pension year ago. Later he demanded more 600 rs for new application for pension scheme but bala devi denied him giving more money. Finally he has refund 1000 rs to bala devi when bala devi video in which she claim that he is frauder got viarl.
