Janhvi — incorrect product sent and refused the refind

I had purchased a suit from lady through facebook and after full payment she sent the parcel. The suit was very different from what she had posted and described on her fb page. The quality of cloth was very substandard and cheap. I informed her and she’s her take the suit back and refund my money. She refused to refund my money and have now blocked me as well. I don’t want her to get away like this and fool other people.
