I am regularly doing donations to this NGO and certainly this is not fake anyhow. I am being provided all the information and details case study before doing donations. I will go through the details and doing help to the best of my strength. Associate Nisha is regularly having conversations with me regarding case and help that needed. I don't find any glitch in the NGO. Even I don't know that trust is providing 80G or 12A buy one can not expect benefits from donations. If this is the case I don't think the idea behind the donation or help is fulfilled. Anyways I am happy with the organisation work and will be helpful in future also.

I really apologies for the inconvenience caused to you, however when there is an urgent requirement of some medication only at that time we request the people to do volunteer part for the patient as there are very less people who comes in this pandemic for doing volunteering part as people are afraid to step outside from their homes in this pandemic. I ve be been getting msgs and calls from jan Sanjeevani trust. Wether I respond or not it’s my choice. I’m a busy person, I have hectic duties, I’m a doctor at govt hospital working like hell. And I get these negetive messages from this volunteers saying” when will you pay? after the child dies with cancer?” Arey what kind of pressure is this? I have many things on my list. Comming to helping people, I have helped hundreds and I don’t expect anything from them nor I would like to give explanation to anyone. I don’t understand what kind of rude behaviour is this? Judging me and preaching me about karma n all.

Well just now I donated 3000 to this Organization on their Site. On second thoughts my advice is not to trust such organizations. I should not have donated in first place. Reason: They show case details in their web site, but what they do not show is how much they have collected in donations for each case already. I expected to see my donation details on the site after I paid. But those details are not available.

So, fraud can happen like this... These people might be just hunting for poor people in medical emergency in hospitals, might be just giving them a Rs10, 000 as help, on the condition that they allow them to put up the case with all documents on their website. Once the case is added, they go on collecting donations for that case and keep fishing for people like me. If they find even 10 people like me they have earned a good 30, 000 in donations for the case, so net 20, 000 profit.. it can even be simply even 10 times more. If someone hunts them down, they have a genuine patient, hospital and records to show. It is a convenient way of doing fraud in name of charity.

If my understanding is wrong, and if these people are really spending this money on charity, then I demand them to be transparent and accountable. They should show my donation and details of all donations they received for each and every case in their website. Until they do that they can't claim to be entirely trust worthy.

Just now I spoke to a senior volunteer of the organization on the same point, he promised me that they will update the site to display all received donation details for public to see in couple of months. If they really do that then I will come here and take back my comments for sure.

Seems to a big fat scam in the name of needy,
Lakshay was the name of the volunteer and they generally dont call from their official number. They always are in a hurry with no proof of the hurry. They will quote 30 mins time, child will die, same lines repeated to everyone, they always seems to be short of rs 3000.
Dont donate to them as these tactics are being taught and made to apply to public.
Please check exhaustively before donating a single rupee.
Ask for video call, ask to call from official number, ask them post this on twitter or facebook on their official page.

I got a call on [protected] from sanjeevni trust, they were asking for 2500, is it a scam?

I'm a student yesterday i got calls from them. I don't even know how they got my name or number. I already sent them 1000 rupees for a child suffering from retinoblastoma but then i got a call that the child is going to die in 20 minutes if I don't provide 1160 more for a life saving medicine. I told them that I will share it and ask my parents they said they don't have time and he will return money as well because I seem to have a financial problem he said. I sent them the 600 rupees I had left. I again got this message asking me arrange more. After a long conversation of me asking them to return my money after reading the comments here I finally gave up. Today I received some certificates of 80g etc but I still find myself to trust them the email is also same but this behaviour is totally unprofessional and making people anxious

Purely scam. These ### calls u and tell to immediately donate for needy child but if you tell them to send the details to verify then when they'll call u the next time and u tell them that u didn't want to donate. They said that "Is it a joke, then why u asked for details." That was in a very rude way. And when I said them that "sry i didn't able to verify u guys and is that mail was a paid mail" Then he said that "yes that was a paid mail and this isn't a joke and u have to pay for that" . I posted this review to Google also. Hope it will help someone to didn't get trapped in this scam.

And I just got a call from this fraud NGO trust, and 1st I did some digging on google and found all of your comments on this case, and I saved myself from this fraud, thank you, people. Thanks to all of you for commenting on this topic and saving others people's money too.

I got the same message with the same exact case no DL/2019/0237131. The way the volunteer on the phone emotionally blackmails and asks for donation urgently is a giveaway that these guys are fraudsters.

They are just extracting your hard earned money by “emotion fraud”.

Same thing happened with me, and I also guess it is target based, they are not volunteers they are trained professionals on how to tell lie so that it will touch people’s emotions and they will pay, the “inverse sales person” thereby completing the target assigned.

I got a call from a lady regarding a case, I said I can’t help I don’t know you or your org. Then immediately she sent me sms with the procedure to find their ngo registration details in government website.

After checking in similar manner I donated 1000 to them it was around 6:00 PM ( EOD is near ). Immediately I got call from another number from another person who was lying like anything he even said he gets 1500 pocket money and himself donated 1000 to the kid, he even said he will refund my money when he gets the next pocket money, he said the kid is on 3rd floor and you can hear him crying in pain from 2nd floor, they need this extra 1000 for a pain killer injection (which costs around 5000 he asked me for 50%) - But The documents in their site is saying the kid was discharged 4months ago ( which I was not aware of at the time of sending money, I wish from deep within my heart and pray to the supreme being - that please be this true “whatever they said is true and the kid is alive”)

He then said that he will send me all the details in whatsapp, and also he will do a video call if I want ( all these were promised before money was received).

Guess what, the promise disappears immediately after you pay ( sounds familiar, yes you are correct, they are sales professionals - like anyone else in India ).
