Dear sir i have submitted all the forms required for kyc, still my shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
What does this mean?

It is coming from China. Do i need to give more documents for the clearence. Let me know if i have to do something for that. Does this happen everytime. I need my package very soon. Otherwise it'll be a big trouble for me. If you won't resolve this problem, then i have to go to consumer court. I have no other option.
