Big Black Scar Left after Blood Donation

Hi,

I donated blood in the blood bank of Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Bhopal on Thursday 06/08/2009. After the blood was taken, I had severe pain in my hand and within 2-3 hours I had a big black scar on my forehand which is still visible on my hand.
I consulted a doctor in Mumbai and he told me that the scar is not due to blood clotting but it is due to some internal bleeding caused by improper...
