Actually i applied for my mba original degree certificate in jntuh official website, transaction id : 8311175 and user id /htno is 16881e0022 on 23rd february 2019 and after that i received this message from jntuh that

Your jntuh od has been dispatched on[protected]. Your speed post dispatch ems no en[protected]in. If not yet received, pls track by visiting indiapost.gov.in-ce/de/jntuh

I got this message but when i’d asked them for details indiapost said that there is no post received for this like that they are saying.. But when i contacted jntuh they said thart ur od is dispatched. Till now i didn't received any information regrading this issue, could you please help me for this issue and i want my original degree please help me
