Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada — Internal marks shown as zeros in supplementary than regular examination

I completed my b. Tech with ece branch in april 2016 in visakha technical campus in visakhapatnam.
I have a issue in the change of internal marks from two years, i visited jntuk twice with my college faculty but no use.
I am requesting you to please change my internal marks as in the regular memo in the correction.
I am still suffering for this problem in my career, so please think from my side.
