I have ordered swipe Elite battery on 17 August . Order id is 346656. My Order Make online payment through card and choosed express delivery option .

As its sowing on website ie .. Product will deliver in 3 day Day . But its almost 1 week, But product didn't shipped . As i'm trying to call customer care since last 6-7day . but no is busy .

I have emailed on support on " [protected]@jaxtakart.com" . but Didn't get any response.

Status :- Confirmed

Its Almost 12 day. But product didn't shipped till now.

Resolution :- Dispatch the product within 1-2 Day, Or Refund My Amount .

As per our last discussion through support on 28th August they told me to Ship product within 4 Day, but its Almost 10 more days, Didn't get any update,

I have emailed for order cancellation but Still didn't received any confirmation .

Resolution :-Refund My Amount .

I orderd lava p7 mobile battery they send me a damaged item which is not working when i insert in my mobile i want to replace the damaged battery with a new one the order took twenty days to reach me.after reached it is a damaged item really a horrible experience with this order id is#341432 dated 1/8/2018.
