Dear jaxtakart team,

When i am checking my order online, it's showing confirmed against order id 255444 but not yet received this delivery till date. It is even not showing in transit as well.

Question arises that, have i placed an order from right online site or else?
Neither you people make or receive any call to customer.

Please explain and revert asap against my order id.
