Jaxtakart — neither product received nor refund

I ordered battery XOLO Play 6x1000 from Jaxtakart with order ID #442214 for Rs 359. They were supposed to ship it within 3 days from order date but they didn't. I contacted them through mail but they didn't reply. I tried calling on their customer service number fro dozen of times but they still they didn't answered. Now its been 15 day, I have neither got product nor regrading any status update. I wrote them to refund my amount back to my account but they ignored. I just want this matter to be solved as soon as possible. I no longer want that product . Please refund me Rs. 359 for that product.
