Jaxtakart — returning of product

I had ordered Karbonn titanium s201 battery. They said it would be delivered within 7-10 working days. But it didn't delivered after 12 days. So, I called customer care but it always given message that number was busy. Therefore, finally I mailed. Then, I got the message that product was unavailable but they would try to ship it soon. After 2 days, they mailed me that product got shipped.

After delivery of product I opened it and saw that battery was smaller than the slot for battery. I think they covered smaller size battery in Karbonn battery wrapper.

So, I mailed them to take the product back and initiate the refund but they're not replying.

This is a fraud website.

They do not show out of stock message even when the product is unavailable. They take pre-payment to cheat customers.
