Hey there
I have purchase a jbl C50hi in ear headphone with mic (Black) from Amazon. Com on date 2/8/2019 but after using about 3 month it's right arm of headphone is not working. So I called to jbl consumer support and then they ask me that parcel your defected product in the given address which is Plot No.302, Udyog Vihar Phase 2, Gurgaon 122016. So I parcel it on date 23/10/2019 from India post. After this waiting for about 74days I have not received my product. When I calling to jbl consumer support they are ignoring me and says that wait for few days.
So, Kindly ship my product as soon as possible
