Dear Nirmal, After a long time i get the reply mail for car park issue from Jbm shelters pvt ltd. Before that i never get any mail. Thanks for reply from well known builder in chennai. Once i know about jbm, Before that about your company and standards and procedures am sure i don't waste of time with you buying a such huge amount to buy a property in Jbm shelters pvt ltd. 1st query of car park standard size. As per CMDA standards as i mentioned earlier also, Standard car park are Wide 8'2" long 16'4"., it means you making your own standards and procedures and not following...
