[Resolved]  Jeevansathi.com — Deletion of profile without consent and non refund of my subscription

XWSU9815 - refer this profile that belonged to me. It has been deleted without any investigation or call with me. Iam told the quality assurance team has done it. There is no consent or information sharing or proof that can stand against me or present a provable ground that warrants profile deletion. In top of this JS customer care has been endlessly arguing and defending own org mysterious policies and inability to be accountable to customer in showing the evidence. My amount needs to be refunded in other case my profile needs to be restored. Pl force a resolution in this matter.

Our Quality Assurance team has deleted your profile, basis the quality checks done at their end. As checked previously we had deleted your another profile as well basis of several complaints from other members.
Please understand that Jeevansathi won't allow the member to register their profile again if profile got deleted by our Quality Assurance Team previously.

IEIL reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. IEIL also reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action without limitation at its sole discretion against any member who violates the on-line services and terminating the Membership of such violators without prior intimation who utilize thus website in any manner which brings into disrepute or impairs the interests and functioning of JeevanSathi.com.
IEIL may, in its sole discretion, terminate such Membership and forfeit the advance without a refund.

As replied to your grievance officer in separate mails, iam copy pasting here to expose truth and hence how your site is laundering money o[censored]sers forcefully due to lack of your own processes.

first of all, your rep, the relationship manager has personally come to my house and taken photo of my adhar card which reads my name. This shows you have no process in place .
2. In july, it was me who self deleted my profile before you could close the ticket, the same was replied to you, if you want, i can forward the same mail as evidence, as after the deletion, i had replied.

3. Even your july mail, as you claim, said that further profile can be created if valid credentials are submitted, which were submitted this time as explained above and verification done in physical not just mails or whatsapp, then i fail to under how profile is blocked when process is followed.? Once profile verification is done in person then its your site responsiblity and liability to contunue it, you cant come back to customer on any different observations, after almost 40 days o[censored]se.

4. When various calls were made to your customer care this time, the female executive who attended call again addressed me as Rajat and claimed some abuse using a number to a user, wherein the number never belongs to me in this profile. The profile is created on a certain number (check your records, due to public domain iam not sharing it here) you can check records. So when the profile is not having the number that your female executive claimed, nether, nor am i having certain name as per my documents, then how and where is the question of which abuse.? Did anyone from your investigation team even called me once.? on what proof or basis has the current profile been deleted.?
how can it be proved that an abuse reported is attributable to my misdoing .? how can your teams have different reasons for deleting profiles as a) profile banned last time so banned again this time b) profile banned because of some abuse this time..?

clearly, your system is not clear on the reasons, thats why a paid, the premium customer is being conveyed different grounds that have no congruence

5. When your rep, as above, did come to my house and persued for paid account, and payment has been made, account has gone live, verification has been done, all processes followed, then how come amount was allowed to be even paid if i come in banned category..? had this been conveyed by lakhan or customer care as soon as account went life, then it would have prevented me from paying money in the first place .

There are lot of flaws and much remains to be answered at your end ! so far this matter is being taken up with your site, but if iam harrassed for my amount that was pursued to be paid and then subsequently, jeevansathi wakes up after almost 1.4 months o[censored]se to some abrupt or mysterious reasons of banning profile that are not justified, then i will have to raise this issue in consumer courts.

Pl mind this, you may have to end up paying more in such courts, as courts are aligned to customers to protect their interest and i have all the 3 call recorded made to the customer care giving different reasons, mails earlier written and now. Besides this will be published in the social media in an effective campaign.

Let me also assure you that other sites like shaadi.com and BM have much superior and robust processes besides having spoken to large no o[censored]sers here i know that there are huge numbers of dissatisfied customers/users here, all this will go against your site, social sites as well as courts, as evidence or wintness of same are ready to join me in substantiate my claims on your anomalies, poor services and reliablity of procsses that leads to so many fake profiles go live daily, as has been seen by genuine users.

The point of your customer care telling different reasons without any grounds stands, as raised in trailing mail. There is no explanation to that at your end. Its clear you hav enot been able to answer this point specifically raised in trailing mail, as you cannot prove any misuse or abuse as mentioned by your customer care . The from it came .? This is an instance of defamation and loose allegations. I need an explanation on this point.
2. Last time account was deleted VOLUNTARILY, as far as 4 documents are concerned it was replied to you in writing last time as well on 1. address proof /lease agreement 2. the salary proof being a confidential document having signed agreement legally with the employer and hence cannot be made available, will render you legally liable to force out a compensation document of another organization which is not permitted in the agreement with them.
3. You had agreed/or no response to my mail previously as well, pl refer old mail conversation on the same.
4. During the current visit as well your rep has satisfied himself with documentation having met in person, my account was anyways live without the document. Your rep further confirmed that even if documents are not shared by many profiles or met in person physically, the profiles continue to exist as it is available fact that most profiles are not verified on your site, still continue to exist.
5. If the documentation were not upto the mark why and how your rep proposed to convert into paid account and take privileges.? you mean you want money from customers even if they are not verified .? because in other case if it was conditional, the payment would not have been made in the first place, i reiterate as in trailing mail. if documents were not complete then how the profile was allowed to stay for so long, as payment was made almost 6/7 days later after your rep visit.? where was your quality team and processes when profile was active for so many days for over one month(Approx 40 days.?
6. You need to prove in a court of law that the profile was deliberately made using Rajat, as far as intent is concerned. on the other hand, its pure privacy and security reasons that a customer could be using a different name. There are so many profiles who don't have a name in the first place, what happens to them.? how can my profile be focussed for name and countless exist without names.? This means iam being targeted as a counter response now that you are cornered for duping or forcefully keeping customers money .?

7. The last profile as well as this profile has reported a large no of or suspicious profiles, with wrong numbers as compared to their locations of different countries, no action been taken by your site..? why..? i have paid for a subscription and your site is answerable on the same being a subscriber of services.

8. There has been an incident of data stealing and copying of my profile by some matrimonial agency at Bilaspur Chattisgarh, wherein, profile here has been copied, a police complaint has been filed. Even police has asked the same question how Jeevansathi is sharing the information o[censored]ser without permission.? clearly, you have large no of fake profiles, that make accounts to steal data and then delete and vanish and your so called quality and processes are sitting ducks.
The necessary mails and evidence as shared to Bilaspur police shall be forwarded to you.

You legal team need to answer to Police. If you work with law enforcement agencies then how come my data has been allowed to be stolen.? who is responsible for the same.?

As per law your site cannot force anyone to make account with his her name only, as it jeopardizes the social and professional security of a person.

Iam waiting for respose to points raised in this mail and also below and also to last mail in July, that have not been answered about documentation.
if there is no valid response, then it clearly shows your site has the intention of cheating customers, make them pay money somehow and then harass them, run your operations at the cost of customer's hard earned money .
This is a case of cheating and bad practices.
