[Resolved] Jeevansathi Internet Services — Activation of my jeevansathi account | |
I'm not able to open my account and its says it has been deleted. When I called the customer care number they are saying quality assurance people have deleted my profile. My Jeevansathi id is ZTTW3885 and it's a paid account.When I asked the reason, they are saying for violation of the rule. One guy has been irritating me over call and sending me messages from many numbers when I started ignoring him. I din't like him so was ignoring him. He got so pissed that he made my profile deleted. Even you guys din't verify properly and made my profile deleted. Kindly recover my profile and take necessary action against that person. His name is Sazid and also I will be sharing you the screen shot. You can go to my chat section and get the id of that person because I can't even open my account

Verified Support May 24, 2021 Jeevansathi Internet Services Customer Care's response Dear Saimin, Greetings from Jeevansathi. We would like you to know that we have received multiple complaints with proof pertaining to lack of intent to marry at your end. We regret we cannot reveal details of the complainants to safeguard their privacy. We have zero tolerance for lack of intent to marry, as that should be the only purpose of creating and maintaining a profile here. Keeping this in perspective, we had shared a 'Warning Email' as well on 23rd March 2020 on your registered Email Address to inform you that we had been receiving complaints and that any further complaint(s) would compel us to take strict action. Hence, we have had to suspend your profile, as we continued to receive complaint. With regards to the Profile connected with contact number- +[protected], we have already removed that profile and blocked his contact details (Contact number and Email Address) to prevent him from accessing the platform with those credentials. Please note, suspension of you profile is not based on lack of response to a particular member. Do not create any further profile, else we shall have to remove that as well.
